How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship directly from our supplier partner and arrive within 8–15 days. The exact window is shown on every product page and at checkout; honest times, no small print.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days to cancel and return any item, in line with EU consumer law. You may unpack and try it out as you would in a shop; if it loses value beyond that, we may deduct the loss from your refund. We refund the purchase price and the original delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return; you pay the cost of sending the item back. Email us and we send you the return address.
