Shipping & delivery

We keep shipping simple and honest. Your order is dispatched by our international fulfilment partner — depending on where the item is stocked it ships from a warehouse in Europe or Asia — and most orders arrive within 8–15 days. Shipping is always free and every parcel is tracked.

• Shipping is free to every address in the Netherlands.
• Most orders arrive within 8–15 days of ordering; the exact estimate is shown on each product page and at checkout.
• The typical delivery window (8–15 days) is shown on every product page and at checkout before you pay.
• Once your parcel is on its way you can request the track & trace details from us. Email hallo@botlease.nl with your order number.
• Parcels that ship from outside the EU may be subject to import VAT and customs clearance charges on delivery. Those charges are levied by the carrier or customs and are not included in the price you pay us.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the Netherlands only. The Netherlands is the only country offered at checkout, and an order to any other address cannot be placed. We would like to serve the rest of the EU, but selling there means charging each country's own VAT rate from the first euro, which requires a One Stop Shop registration we do not have yet. Rather than take your money on a promise we cannot keep, we keep the shop honest and Dutch for now. Curious when that changes? Ask us via the contact page.

Order processing

Orders placed on business days are passed to our fulfilment partner within one working day; the parcel is usually handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking your order

Every parcel is tracked. Ask us for the track & trace details at any time after you order: email hallo@botlease.nl with your order number (format PK-XXXXXX) and we look it up with our fulfilment partner and send it to you.
