Shipping & delivery
We keep shipping simple. Your order is packed and shipped by our Dutch partner in Rotterdam to any address in the EU. Order before 19:30 on a working day and it is usually delivered in 1 to 2 working days in the Netherlands, 2 to 7 elsewhere in the EU. Every parcel is tracked.
Costs & delivery times
- Shipping costs € 4.95 per order and is free from € 49, to every address in the Netherlands. Other EU countries: see the table below.
- Ordered before 19:30 on a working day: usually delivered in 1 to 2 working days in the Netherlands and in 2 to 7 working days elsewhere in the EU. Ordered later, in the weekend or on a public holiday: it goes out the next working day.
- The shipping cost and the delivery window are shown on every product page and at checkout, before you pay.
- Once your parcel is on its way you can request the track & trace details from us. Email hallo@botlease.nl with your order number.
Where we ship
We deliver to every EU country, shipped from our partner in Rotterdam. Shipping within the Netherlands costs € 4.95 and is free from € 49. For other EU countries the rate depends on the destination and is shown at checkout as soon as you pick your country, before you pay. Free shipping applies within the Netherlands.

Sweden, Slovenia, Malta and Cyprus cannot be chosen at checkout yet: our carrier has not given us a rate for those countries. Ask us via the contact page and we will look into it. We do not ship outside the EU. VAT is included in every price you see; the rate that applies is the one of the country of delivery.
Order processing
Orders placed before 19:30 on a working day are passed to our partner the same day and are usually handed to the carrier that day. Orders placed after 19:30, over the weekend or on public holidays are processed the next working day.
Tracking your order
Every parcel is tracked. Ask us for the track & trace details at any time after you order: email hallo@botlease.nl with your order number (format PK-XXXXXX) and we look it up with our partner and send it to you.
