You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Using this form is optional: any clear statement to us within those 14 days is enough, and an email to hallo@botlease.nl is the fastest route. The form below is the model set out in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, with our details filled in.

What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your withdrawal and email you the return address. Returns are handled through our fulfilment partner, so please wait for that address before shipping anything back.
- You have 14 days from notifying us to send the item back.
- You pay the cost of returning the goods.
- We refund the full order amount, including the standard delivery cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you paid with, at no charge. We may withhold the refund until the goods are back with us.
